PhanganIsland.com is a small company mainly providing reservation
service for rental accommodation on Koh Phangan Island. But we can help you
as well with also with our experience in buying real estate. Founded january
2003 by Malee Thangtira and Simon Beisl, online under PhanganIsland.com since
october 2003.
 My
name is Malee Thangtira and I am from the north of Thailand and 30 years
of age. In 1988, I went from the North to Bangkok to work in my line of
business as a garment maker / tailor in the big city.
For many years I could barely sustain the hectic life there until I discovered
the beautiful islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Samui, were I finally settled
together with my life-partner, who in his trade is a competitive internet
programmer designer. With this new experience of the internet and online
communication, and because of so many foreign people I became to know, I
decided to offer a variety of lodging and property renting and leasing agency
in this region for interested island lovers.Our online portal www.PhanganIsland.com
is a showcase of current property’s and rentals on offer.

my name is Simon Beisl
and I'm from the north of Germany, and I'm 28 year young. 11 years ago
I came for the first time to Phangan Island. Since that time I kept coming
back to this wonderful place, nearly every year. Around 3 years ago I
started a business as a freelance programmer for web based applications
and database developer. Working freelance allows me to to stay a longer
time on the island during than before. So I try to avoid the sometimes
harsh winters in europe ;-)
I'd the coding for this site in PHP4 based on a MySQL Database. It was
originally an aborted project for real estate agents in spain. So I finished
the code
on my own and modified it to fit into the needs of this website.
